Remember - if paying by PayPal be sure to include the paypal fee of $6!! If you don't, your registration will not be considered complete until the fee is received. It's an easy option on the registration form. It's a required field - you have to check one of the options under 'paying by paypal'.

Early bird rates are available until March 22nd. A draw will be made after March 22nd and one lucky registrant will get their registration for free! Members of the Executive, Conference Committee and Board are not eligible for the draw.
The Red Deer Branch is offering a $100 subsidy to the first 10 students to register for the full conference. Note that only student members of AHEA are eligible. Also, these students are not eligible for the free registration draw.

The conference hotel is the Holiday Inn South, Red Deer, AB. They are holding rooms for AHEA conference attendees.These must be booked by March 14th, 2018 after which they will be released to the general public. Book online or call directly at 1-403-348-8485.
A workshop for Professional members interested in learning more about being a Professional Advisor to a Candidate will be held on Friday, April 27th 12:30-1:30. No charge, but registration is required.
NOTE: Cancellation policy - cancel on or before 30 March 2018, refund of registration fee minus a 20% administration fee. After 30 March 2018 - no refunds.
